My mission is to provide quality information and
training across the many areas that make up IT.
I’m an IT professional based in Miami, FL. I’m married with three beautiful girls. I was born in Brazil, moved to New Jersey, where I spent the first 10 years of my life, and finally moved to Florida.
Full-time, I’m a Security Program Architect, vCISO, Managed Security Services Provider Firewall & Cloud Manager, and Senior Security Engineer, and part-time, I’m an adjunct professor at several universities across the country where I teach IT and Cybersecurity courses.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree at Florida International University (FIU), majoring in Information Technology and minoring in Business. I earned my Master’s in Management Information Systems and Security at Nova Southeastern University. I earned my doctorate in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity at Capella University.
I enjoy teaching and spreading knowledge to those interested in or curious about the IT industry. When I’m not immersed in my professional endeavors, I’m exploring a range of personal interests. I’m an avid photographer, car enthusiast, and gamer. I also prioritize my physical well-being, engaging in regular swimming, biking, and running.
